returns, or exchanges may be provided.

MEDICINES AND HEALTHCARE PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, Generic India
Pharmacy does not accept returns or exchanges once an order
has been delivered to your location in Chennai or anywhere
across India, except in cases of:
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired product delivered
- Damaged or defective product at the time of delivery

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND OR REPLACEMENT
To be eligible for a refund or replacement from Generic India
Pharmacy, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Order number and invoice
- Clear pictures of the product(s) received
- Reason for return or refund request

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following pharmaceutical products are not eligible
for return or refund:
- Opened or used medicines
- Products without original packaging or labels
- Temperature-sensitive medicines (e.g., insulin, vaccines)
- Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene items)

REFUND PROCESS
- Once your request is approved by our Chennai pharmacy team,
refunds will be processed to your original payment method
within 7–10 business days. - For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders delivered across Tamil Nadu
and India, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or
store credit.

ORDER CANCELLATION
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our
Chennai support team. - Once shipped from our Chennai facility, the order cannot
be cancelled.
